Tortilla Espanola

This video was featured on Pottery Barn’s Party Planner guide to a tapas party. As you may know, I loved the food my Madrid Madre cooked for us, including tortilla. Personally, I love tortilla on a baguette as a lunchtime sandwich (which I had often). In spain there’s no a lot of black pepper around - only white- but I think it adds just the right taste to Tortilla.
On a side note, I just love the woman here.
