Christmas (Eve) Dinner

Mike and I decided to have a nice little Christmas of our own. We opened presents this morning. We played board games and ate party food I made for lunch. Later I made chex mix to bring to his families tomorrow. Then, I roasted a chicken (my 1st time cooking a whole bird of any kind) for dinner. I also finally made successful gravey, Mike roasted potatoes, and we had greenbeans with almonds.
