My Christmas Tablescape Tuesday 12/28/10

These vintage plates were one of many things my Grandmother gave to me this year. I love these plates - they're what we ate off of every Christmas at her house. Another cool thing She gave me were Santa vintage candles. Its neat to see these things in pottery barn or target as new "vintage" when I have the real thing.

I'm a Tree Trend Setter

My Christmas decorations are mainly Santa related. My 1st year in my own apartment I got a little Santa crazy and have kept it since. When decorating my tree the 1st time I decided I would use a Santa hat as a tree topper (I also had a large Santa belt ornament). I got some compliments on it being "so cute" but, apparentl I wasn't the only one who thought so.

While viewing Pottery Barns Christmas Decoration Ideas I saw that the now sell such a tree topper. I'm flattered :)
